Summary

Disability inclusion statements provide a visible commitment to including people with disabilities in your organization. Statements can be internal to your organization and focus on employees and or external and focus on customers and patrons. Disability inclusion statements may be part of an overall diversity statement, a separate accessibility statement, an internal accommodations statement, or some mix of these.
