Welcome to tally.org

An online tool for learning about and evaluating the accessibility of social media, websites, facilities, events and procedures around the world become more accessible.

Introducing the new tally.org

Our new site is easier to use and help you learn about and apply accessibility. The site will also help us grow to serve new communities. We are excited to unveil the new tally.org.

We are currently bringing content from our original site to our new site. Some content is available on this site, and some content is still only available on our old site. Please be sure to check both for the content that you need.

You can learn more about Ta11y - and the standards we use - on our about tally.org page.

Our offerings

tally.org is an online tool that helps businesses, organizations, and communities of all sizes become more accessible. We offer:

  • Learning content that helps you make your work accessible - and know how to do so.
  • Evaluations (on tally 1.0) that help you create a customized checklist for your organization.
  • Resources on accessibility standards and best practices.

Want to learn about accessibility?

Our learning content provides a staged approach to learning about accessibility. Each topic begins with a simple introduction and provides increasingly detailed information on the topic to help you learn as much, and as quickly, as you would like.

Improve your accessibility

Use checklists and follow step-by-step instructions that guide you through an evaluation. Accessibility is a diverse topic, so we provide multiple checklists to help you evaluate the different aspects of your organization.

How can I help?

Our accessibility content is written by volunteers under the direction of Accessible Community. If you’ve found it helpful, please consider donating or contributing to help someone else learn about accessibility.
